really certain builds have better features and some features fixed you should be looking at the AKU numbers or the shell build that will be where you see the better changes for example 20757 and up have the AKU build 1.4.0 which make the SYS Build WM 6.1.4 which included the IE 6 browser 21015 - 21041 are the WM 6.1.6 which include various code of 6.5
