Thats one of the things broken in 1.5 that was perfect in 1.4 the default keyboard sticking after soft reset. Its actually broken in most roms since 6.0
Attached SIP change which works on TP if you set the delay to 40
You'll have to search for the regit/cab for converting 4 row back to 3 row in the tf3D programs. I would suggest if you are using 6.5 start to change your tab to the favorite programs tab and then unlock the icons with the 2nd cab
