I am actually not expecting to get an answer on this problem however I will post anyway because I am tired of flashing again and again and therefore hopefully someone will know the answer to my question. In the past two days my screen has been acting strangely.

Wherever I press, my start menu pops up and disappears. This happens for a little while, and after a few reboots and playing around it goes away.

Is this a software or hardware problem?
