Re: Updated GPS Drivers (Possible Fix For Standby Issues)

Any tips on how to install the drivers manually?? When I try to copy the files to the \windows directory using Resco Explorer, I get 'Access Denied'.

If I try to rename the .dll's first, I get 'Access Denied'.

I tried using the .cab, but when I do that, the GPS 'breaks'... ie. I can no longer find any GPS device using any of the GPS tools (GPSTest, Garmin Mobile XT, Google Maps, Holux GPS Viewer etc)...

I assume this is because the .dll's and/or service have not been started properly, but when I try running the kickstart.exe it still does not work

any ideas?
