The graphics ones just switch between the Omnia and CDMA drivers without having to reflash, I think... and the battery ones just toggle your rapid charge drivers on and off, and the other one puts your backlight settings down real low if you want to extend your batter life, I believe.

I don't use them so this is just gathered from what I have read.
