apparently there are no windows default theme tsk.
does anybody with knowledge of how themes work, know what happens when you change a theme? Are there files that get loaded or replaced from the .tsk files? If so what are those specific files? For example, from the tsk file, does it extract a background file or upper and lower bar file, and if so what are they?
