What I have is an almost unusable phone. if I leave TF3D enabled off of a clean soft reset i'm running at about 80% memory usage. I can cut that down 10 % if I disable TF3D, which actually became necessary as while I was typing this I started to get the Opera out of memory errors.

Prior to flashing, on stock, if I kept TF3D off I would have 41 to 42% memory after soft reset. Now I know the fact I have a memory gimped Verizon version hurts, but is it really supposed to be this slow on a Verizon phone? It is literally unusable if i have opera running with TF3D. I did a hard reset after flash too. Maybe I just need a less filled rom?
You need to change the pagepool of the ROM using the page pool changer in the ROM folder. Most verizon users report good luck with it either 9 or 12

Also, search the forums on disabling the HTC Dialer, verizon folks report that saves 10mb of RAM alone

Why donate to one person, when you can support the site that makes it all possible instead
