My Freedom Scientific PACMate BX420
http://freedomscientific.com has USB on the the go capability and I frequently connect external card readers and hard drives/flash drives. The caveat is that they must be formatted as either FAT or FAT32, NTFS is a no go. My PACMate runs WM 6.1 Classic. Hopefully, more manufacturers will adopt the USB on the go capability in the future.
