So today somehow I broke the touch screen on my touch pro I think I may have applied too much pressureto it while the phone was in my pocket..... I now need to activate the start menu some how with the keyboard so I can get to the programs list and do a backup. (I think my recent one should be ok but just to be sure...)

Also any way to make sure it can be hardreset so my data/email/messages contacts ect are wiped. I am going to go back to VZW tomorrow and see what can be done but dont want to give them back a phone with personal info on it.

Any ideas?
