I hate to answer my own question but I found the answer....
So if anyone else is having the same problem...

After more testing this did not work I went all the way down to a Page Pool size of 4 and I am still running out of memory.
As soon as I open Opera and goto cnn.com I get a out of memory error.
Any sugestions??????
PLEASE NOTE:Changing the pagepool did not fix the problem with a VZW Touch Pro
