not noob, legitimate questions
1. you flash 6.5 the same way you would flash 6.1, just hook it up and run the RUU the new package is what installs and flashes 6.5
2. yes contacts are transferable because MS didn't change that format, after flashing 6.5 i was able to connect to outlook and it downloaded everything onto my phone
