Dont know if its too late, but just in case - the 6900 is the HTC Vouge so dont worry

you just flashed with the wrong unlocker, go back and get the 2.31 and flash that one to unlock it with the proper version, then flash the ROM you want

youll prolly need to flash via bootloader mode, read below as I am not retyping it LOL
