I explained that a friend of mine had the same issue as my phone, and I explained it as, "The manufactuer defect of the perfectly rectangular bubble on the LCD". They knew what this was, and asked me a few more questions and I received an email about my replacement being ordered.

Received my replacement THE NEXT FREAKING DAY!!!!!!!
