To add an image go to settings in WP, click on your city and tap edit. There will be a box at the bottom that says "Weather Images". Tap on that and click "add new". At the top of the next window you can "select weather image" (pre-load in WP) or if you know the url of your image you can enter it manually.

Also make sure data for WP is current. Do a manual refresh for WP.
