I have that same problem with rc5 and tf2d keeps crashing when i go to contacts. My phone is completely lock up and need to cook a new rom.
The first sign of prob was the tf3d2 touch flow started to lag and get repositioned in the middle of the screen and then s2u time interface started to go out of wack then i lost all my contacts, and started to crash.
I did a hard reset and wont go past the screen alignment beach ball, when i get home i plan on redoing the phone.
