I put a claim in for the Sprint Touch and didn't realize the 6950 was the Diamond until it was too late. Unlike SOME people on here, i actually need more sotrage card.
I called back and tried to get the Touch Pro but it was too late. They tried to give me the Treo 800w. I do NOT do Palm phones anymore.
I talked to a supervisor as well, I think they know something is up.
