I dont deal with asurion, I stick with the retards at the Sprint store. They can be swayed like the clones in Star Wars  . One of the managers tried to argue with me that there is no forum for the TP that non employees of Sprint can access. I guess PPCGeeks, XDA, Modaco, ect are not out there....go figure. The tech just shook his head and stayed quiet.
