As I said I have little to no programming skills so I tried the simple route. I thought I would locate all the shortcuts inside the kitchen and then edit and remap them there so I can cook it right in. Most are located in the baseapps folder. Like I said this is probaably not the right way but it's the only way I got them to work. I have been able to remap some of the panels but cannot get it to work again I will look into it though...
