Follow the directions in the ReadMe file that is in the file that you just donwloaded. The instructions are:

1. Install the Theme:

1.1 Unzip the files (Energy-240-QVGA.zip)
onto your PC hard drive (be sure to use folder names).

1.2 Connect your device to the PC.

1.3 From Windows Exporer, open:
My Computer, Mobile Device, My Windows Mobile-Based Device,
\Program Files\MarsWare\WeatherPanel\Themes

1.4 Copy the Energy-240-QVGA folder (and it's contents) into
the WeatherPanel Themes folder on your device. Your folders
should then look like this:

- Program Files
- MarsWare
- WeatherPanel
- data
+ Icons
- Themes
- Energy-240-QVGA

2. Go to the WeatherPanel settings (Display tab) and configure
Energy-240-QVGA as follows:

Theme: Energy-240-QVGA

Layout: Energy-240-light.wpl -or- Energy-240-dark.wpl
