Re: Beta rom

OK....I know I am going to get a bit of flack from this, but I am really trying here. I am trying to update my Omnia on a Vista laptop (unfortunately...I prefer XP) and following the psd file to a T.

I uncheck the USB option in Windows Device Manager the psd tells us to uncheck in Active sync, run the flashing program, hit the appropriate choice and load the update file/image and then select the final button (detect), power down the Omnia (I am assuming pressing the top button), and plugging it into the laptop via USB, and then powering it back up..........then nothing!!!!

As I mentioned, I am trying to follow the instructions exactly, maybe I am missing something, maybe other Vista users did something different I can't pin down, but any info to help me out would be GREATLY appreciated!!!
