just unzip this shellres.192.dll and copy it to windows folder overwriting old one using resco explorer or TC and you will have your
original WM6.5 wait curser back as well as normal sized X & OK icons back, however you will lose the black windows start icon, it will revert back to the white windows flag, ENJOY!
