You need to download
MANILA_CAB_PACKAGE WWE V1D (04/05/09) from
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=493531. Unrar and go into the Complete Manilla Fix folder then to required and install
1-xbmod policy-reboot
2-sdkcerts
4-HTC New Contact Card
5-HTC_Programs_Icons
6-HTC Rhodium Album vga fixed
and dont forget the CDMA fix from the same page further down there will be a link.
