probably the easiest way, is download a kitchen, extract the zip or rar, or whatever it is, then use windows to search for alarm*.*, and there they are. I jsut did and found a ton, but not sure what ones you specifically want.
Also, if you want the sounds from jbabey's roms, just download his version of the kitchen and do the same. As to other roms, you'd have to download/flash on their rom, save the wav files you wanted, then flash back.
I'd personally go the kitchen route.
