ohhh my bad my bad. I thought u had lost ur phone. I was just skimming over it last night, spent all night trying to finish the vista install. A exchange server is a computer that's connected the the net at ur house, and runs microsoft exchange server os. If ya had that u could just wipe the phones memory so a theft couldn't get ur personal info. I have heard of a program that completely locks the phone, so it can't be used anymore. Don't remember where or the name of it right now though. good luck
