I mean c'mon, how many threads per hour are started because someone JUST bought the phone, flashed it with some uber cool ROM that some idiot suggested and hosed his brand new phone to a brick and then wants SPRINT to fix/replace/give him a ticket to heaven/70 virgins etc....
