Isn't that against Federal Law, voice changers on the phone? As for inhaling helium, that's DANGEROUS! I remember one time when I was MUCH younger I inhaled freon (R-12) because it made you voice very deep, I at pavement don't know how long I was out that's when I found out that your body need oxygen to live ha ha
