Windows Scaling on

MTU Discovery on
Selective Acks on

I think i have found two things here.
1. Opera is much slower in IE
2. There is a difference in speed.
2.a. It looks as tho there is less of a cap between the slowest and the fastest after the TCPTUNE.
2.b IE gained a much faster increase in speed after TCPTUNE.

IMO all speed test sites are only as good as the connection between the Tester and the server. Alot can change in 2 ms. But every second counts and this fix did make a difference for me. GOOD LUCK TO ALL.
cool stuff. have you figured out what the cellular 2 setting is? I have cellular one which I just changed to 98300 from 2451808. I dont have cell2 but I have wwan1, ieee 802.11b/g, remote-ndis host, bluetooth pan. they are all still set at 2451808. any help would be much appreciated.
