you take all the cabs you want to install in a SD Card, stick it in Storage Card\Sashimi\Auto\Cab\SC directory...
when you run the AUTO mode in sashimi it'll install everything in that dir to SC Card.

Guys, I think I have just found the app I've been looking for.

It's called AlphaZip. It costs $30, but I think it will do exactly what I want. It can be found at http://www.alphazip.com/index.php It's quite similar to Winzip, except that it can save an archive as a CAB file. You have to use other tools to create the files, but once created, this will save it as a CAB. If Winzip did this, then I wouldn't need this program. To be sure it worked, I unzipped a cab, and, without changing anything (except the cab name) resaved it and was able to install it on my TP.

The next step is to learn how to change the setup.xml file to only point to the SD card.....Then I'm home.
