I have attached a cab that will set the Bluetooth pan driver to use DHCP instead of the statically assigned IP cooked into the rom. I have also attached a bluetooth toggle app to get around the 'Can't turn on Bluetooth' bug in the Comm Manager.

If you wish to manually set the dhcp value change to the value below:

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Comm\BTPAN1\Parms\TcpIp]
"EnableDHCP"=dword:00000001

EDIT:
The first thing you need to to do is go to the Settings Tab
Tap Communications
Tap on the words Bluetooth
Configure your Bluetooth Device

Once you do that you can use the BTToggle ap to turn the Bluetooth radio on and off. The main focus of the fix is to allow simultaneous use of Bluetooth and your Data Connection.
