Thoughts on the stuff in Helmi's WM6:
First off, it's a good mix. There are a few things I don't need or don't want, but very little. Most of it really adds nicely to the experience.
Dial pad
I installed the refined version of the Touch dialer recently released by Paul Hammonds, which fixes a few problems with the version in ROM, namely the Vision arrows not going dormant and 911 calls. It's also fully skinnable if you don't like the look, and takes up a whopping 200k or so of storage, so there's no reason not to install it.
File Explorer
Love this, and use it instead of Total Commander now. The only thing it doesn't do that TC did was edit the registry, but I get that via SKTools anyway, so I don't need TC at all. I don't use Resco, so I deleted those shortcuts. Like Luv2Chill said, out of sight, out of mind.
TCPMP/YouTube
Works great for me with the new 1.2 version of the flash codecs from TreoCentral. To avoid the delays in loading the YouTube site itself, I use the pocket-sized version:

HTC stuff
Love all this stuff, added it to my own ROMs based on Helmi's kitchen. Audio Manager in particular is great in that it uses far less RAM than WMP and auto-updates its library. I also installed the Home Customizer to my card.
Games
I kept Mines, the MS stuff, Crosswords and Kevtris, deleted the shortcuts to the rest.
All in all, this is so close to the ROM I would build (with the stuff I've installed to my ExtROM partition), that I can wait as long as it takes for a kitchen.
