Anyone had issues with Blackberry Connect? When I go to setup, it says "Unable to determine the device's network type. Please ensure your device's radio is on and in coverage before initializing the Blackberry application." Then the drop down at the bottom says "Not Configured", but won't let me choose any options.
I've tried messing with the phone network settings with no luck. Anyone else seen this? TIA for any help.
