When I replaced my phone, I submitted a claim and was getting a refurbished 6900.
I kept checking back every few days, until it changed to a 6950.
Each time I went back to the site, it continued from my previously submitted claim.
On their end, it just looked like I damaged my phone on one day, and waited 2 weeks to complete the process.
