if you want a shortcut, just navigate using file explorer to Program files->ageye->G-alarm->galarm.exe (highlight it, then click copy)....after that, go to windows->Start Menu->Programs. Then click menu->edit->past shortcut. then rename the shortcut name as you wish...hope that helps!
