I have lost my ability to use the Sprint Music Tab that connects to WMP.
When I click on it, all it shows is "Searching"

The library is on phone when I search through File Explorer/MyDevice/Windows/WMP. Everything is there,
I also checked Music under Internal Storage, it is there.
It also shows loaded in Nitrogen Playlist.

I tested to sync off computer, shows sync okay, but shows
nothing in Tab, so Nitrogen can find no music.

Does anyone have any ideas to fix? I do not want to Hard Reset,
Service Center will recommend, and I haven't yet called CS where
I would request advanced support but . . sometimes good, some
times not.

I trust you guys and your help much more. Can anyone help, please??
