UPDATE!
I got bored and created a TRIFORCE wait bar to replace the WM6 one I used on this theme.
-Download the file
-unzip
-copy to your PPC
-Use RESCO File explorer to copy it to the /windows/ directory.
-Soft Reset...
-hooray!
