It's probably not your phone. I've been with Telus for years and on any of the phones that I have owned I've never got it to work. My phone before my Diamond was a KRZR, RAZR and I can't remember what I had before that but it sucked(nokia and a samsung something). I'm not sure why you would want to use their service anyway. There are lots of free options available if you have unlimited data. Check out WebTV(now @version 3.5) or DiamondTV(paid). There are more I just can't be bothered to look. Hope that helps!!
