you can't flash a rom cuz you are still locked...

connect your phone (NOT in bootloader.... regualar) via activesync, then run the 2.31 unlocker .exe...

the command prompt will pop up and give you directions... follow them carefully..
THEN when you have completed the process, you will be able to flash the rom... you can't flash a rom until you are unlocked with 2.31 written in your bootloader
