Are you saying you can't ActiveSync to your computer?? Chances are yer partnership name changed and Windows is rejecting your TP...
If that's the case you need to delete the Key
HKEY_USERS\S-1-5-21-507921405-1482476501-725345543-500\Software\Microsoft\Windows CE Services
"Windows CE Services" Once you delete this key(folder) restart the computer then Run ActiveSync... this will reinitialize ActiveSync's partnerships...
You don't have to restart the computer if you just taskkill wcescomm.exe and WCESMgr.exe
