You can use it to remap TouchFlo buttons to 3rd party apps. I have been using it since I got my Diamond back in Sept (it was called SSMAPA at the time) and I consider it an indispensible app.

*edit* It has been a little funky with the Rhodium manila so far but the new version may improve that. I'm not currently using Rhodium so I can't test.
