Yes its linked to Getting Started package.

Anyway, the problem is solved. Removed all the CWelcomeCenter entries from chome and chome lang rgu's. No more Getting Started on chome now.

Edit : Build 21202 ported for wizard : http://www.4shared.com/file/96900035...02_Wizard.html. Includes SYS and XIP.
