Re: Asurion now replacing the Touch for the Diamond

I'd be happy with a working 6700 at this point... this one had a dead touchscreen (second one in 2 years... never thought a 15lb dog running about could crack a touch screen *twice*) and a nonworking dpad, but it was opened to replace the screen the first time, so I bet they'll tell me it is not insurable if I have to send it back to them... should've sent it back right after the first screen broke. I could report it stolen, but that's fraud, and I'd rather avoid that.

Looking over the policies, I would have to send in the old one... I'll just buy someone's bad-esn 6700 from ebay and swap over the parts, dealing with the insurance is just not worth it with this old phone.
But, maybe when a diamond is available as a replacement for my 6900, that will be when I take advantage
