I think I just got them from the
m2d update 22 / Iolite thread on XDA
could be wrong, I used stuff from 2 different sources when building thses.
As far as creating CABs from these, I did just see a new CAB creator posted that you might wanna check. Otherwise, search around on XDA as there should be a few tuts on CAB creation.
