i would suggest seven i've been using it for a while not the service is currently down (4/5/09) but it works pretty well thiough usually when i send emails via gmail i usually get them within the same minute of them being sent i haven't used it for calendar and contacts but i think i will soon since mail2web is goin to start charging for service
the other good thing about seven is when you rebuild your phone all you need to do is reinstall the seven cab and it saves your accounts you set up on your phone makes the rebuilding your phone process a lot faster if you have about 4 emails accounts like me
