That's probably why you never see the issue.

Kinda - but not fully....LI-ION batterys have no "memory" like the older Ni-Cads.
Doing a bunch of connect/disconnects should have no effect on the battery. It's kinda like a glass of ROCKSTAR...If you drink some, and then just "add a little", you haven't changed the taste...just that you do it more often. Also like your car battery....you charge it every time you start the car. However, I remember reading that LI-ION batteries do have a "charge" life. That is after a given number of charge cycles, they won't charge anymore. However, I have always assumed that meant complete charge/discharge because most people wouldn't be doing a "partial" charge. When they charge, it's overnite or something.

Ok ok... Im not going to argue with an engineer or the rest of the world on this.

I got into in another thread abotu battery charging.... I know the way its SPPOSED to be done and the way I recomend. I beleive in full charges from empty to full. No intermediate charges.

Using this method I can get 48 hours out of battery?

Can anyone else? Serisoulsy, I can show you about 10 batteries that have been partially charged discharged, partially charged again... over and over and over... They alst 12 hours as best.

But like I said, I am not gonna argue this one because its me agains the world.
