actually I agree that the same question is being answered too much, but if you are going to suggest it, at least get the steps and rom correct.
1. Flash the shipped rom of your carrier (not the stock)
2. Flash the custom rom of your choice Mighty 4.8
3. Clear Storage after customizations by going to Start>Settings>System tab>Clear Storage
4. optional flash the radio of your choice. can be done after flashing back to shipped or at the end.
Mighty shouldn't need to add this to his first page because many don't feel it's necessary at all to do this. Plus some will not do it unless they experience problems post flash so it personal preference on whether you do this everytime. regarding the task bar, nobody knows what or if there is a problem with these since some are not getting the ringer bug so why would he tell people not to use a good taskbar? If he posted warnings for every issue people face, the changelog would be two pages long with possible problems that he cant confirm It would be like a commercial from the drug companies, symptoms include upset stomach, wood lasting longer than 4 hrs call your doctor, mild mood swings but viva viagra!
