You need the ROM that was used before MR1 "unlocked" GPS for VZnav.
Don't install other radios and ROMs unless you know other people that have installed and it worked for them. I am on a Titan and that is the best one for us now, there may be a newer one for the Vogue that is better; you should read a lot before making any rash decisions. I know you can use this radio, but download carefully. Read this thread
