Tsowen Taskbar gives you pretty icons. See the above post for a screenshot. Wait, I'll just post it here, credit to the original poster of the image.
See.. PRETTY. There are different version of Tsowen's Taskbar. Each can have different icons. Search for "Tsowen taskbar" using search above.
HTC Rhodium Notification Enhancements makes your notifications pretty. However, it disables the use of the taskbar for "tapping" on the icons. This is hwo you activate the notifications.
But its still nice. Here is the thread on XDA. First post has the pics.
