The issue is the htcvolume.dll file that is included in Tsowens current taskbars. It is version 1.0 or 1.1 and I believe Mike is using verions 1.6.
All other icons are fine.
What you could do is this...
1. Take the htcvolume.dll file from either the \windows directory of the ROM itself(BEFORE installing anything) or the cab file in post #1
2. Use reshacker to rip the Volume icon you like from the old HTCVolume.dll file and overlay it into the new HTCVolume.dll file(from step #1)
3. Install the old tsowen taskbar cab that you like
4. Copy the new HTCVolume.DLL file(created from step #2) to the \Windows Directory.
That should also cure the issue and you would have your favorite taskbar too.
