1. i dont make the app i just found it and updated the post so requests will need to be made over at pocketcm.com
2.make a settings.ini file and these commands too it then save it and copy it over to \program files\pocketcm on your device
contact_sort_expression=%lastname %firstname
contact_header_formatting=%lastname %firstname
Restart PocketCM and you have lastname sorting.
It should work. You need to give it some time to recreate the cache.
You may wish to make a small change. Put a comma after lastname in the formatting line.
