i have windows xp, I used the raphael hardspl 37, i tried rebooting a few times. The error message would pop up right when the status bar for the unlock should have come up. it just said it was unable to complete the unlock, then it would take me through steps to recover the phone: disconnect from cradle, remove battery for 3 seconds, then power back on. One time it worked, the cmonex was on the bootloader, but it rejected the rom and i was back to stock.
